Co-ordinating all aspects of the project, Ladson works closely with designers, consultants, owners and other trades related with the job, from the concept, throughout production, to final installation. As a result of that personal touch the vast majority of our clientele is repeat or referral business, which speaks highly of our operating philosophy – the customer is always "number 1" Unlike many companies, the Ladson Millworks team are hands-on people. From initial contact to completion, Don Ward and Jon Willms oversee all aspects of a project. Together, Don and Jon share over 50 years of experience in which their work speaks for itself.
